Namen obdelave<\/h3><p data-start=\"898\" data-end=\"1043\">Va\u0161e podatke obdelujemo <strong data-start=\"922\" data-end=\"975\">izklju\u010dno za namen odgovora na va\u0161e povpra\u0161evanje<\/strong> in za pripravo na morebitno svetovanje ali izvedbo SCENAR terapije.<\/p><h3 data-start=\"1045\" data-end=\"1066\">4. Pravna podlaga<\/h3><p data-start=\"1067\" data-end=\"1099\">Podatke obdelujemo na podlagi:<\/p><ul><li data-start=\"1102\" data-end=\"1143\"><strong data-start=\"1102\" data-end=\"1121\">va\u0161ega soglasja<\/strong> (\u010dlen 6(1)(a) GDPR)<\/li><li data-start=\"1146\" data-end=\"1218\"><strong data-start=\"1146\" data-end=\"1182\">izvajanja predpogodbenih ukrepov<\/strong> na va\u0161o zahtevo (\u010dlen 6(1)(b) GDPR)<\/li><\/ul><h3 data-start=\"1220\" data-end=\"1242\">5. Hramba podatkov<\/h3><p data-start=\"1243\" data-end=\"1440\">Va\u0161i podatki bodo hranjeni najve\u010d <strong data-start=\"1277\" data-end=\"1311\">6 mesecev od zadnjega kontakta<\/strong>, razen \u010de pride do terapevtskega sodelovanja, kjer se podatki hranijo skladno z zakonodajo za vodenje zdravstvene dokumentacije.<\/p><h3 data-start=\"1442\" data-end=\"1470\">6. Posredovanje podatkov<\/h3><p data-start=\"1471\" data-end=\"1578\">Podatkov <strong data-start=\"1480\" data-end=\"1513\">ne posredujemo tretjim osebam<\/strong> in jih ne uporabljamo za tr\u017eenje brez va\u0161ega posebnega soglasja.<\/p><h3 data-start=\"1580\" data-end=\"1599\">7.
